Dear IPA Members and Friends,

We warmly invite you to join the International Primal Association for its 51st Annual Conference to be held at the beautiful seaside Virden Retreat Center in Lewes, Delaware. This year’s theme, Embodied Well-Being: Where body, mind, and spirit align, offers a meaningful opportunity to come together in a supportive community devoted to healing, growth, and connection.

Throughout the week, participants will explore this theme through a rich variety of workshops, shared experiences, and embodied practices designed to nourish the whole person. We are especially excited to welcome our featured presenters, Gaia Budhai, Mind-Body Coach and Breathwork Facilitator, and Elena Khazanova, Integrative Psychotherapist and Community Architect. Their presentations will bring depth, insight, and inspiration to our time together.

The conference is chaired by Jewell Elliott, with Leonard Rosenbaum and Tricia Wassel serving as co-chairs. IPA continues to offer a sliding fee scale and work scholarships, helping to make this retreat accessible to any who wish to attend.

For more information, please contact Jewell Elliott (lovelivingwell@gmail.com) or call 877-PRIMALS.
